FPK Pass Privacy Policy

A. Information You Provide

• Full legal name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Phone number (optional)
• Profile photo (selfie captured in-app)
• Government-issued ID photo (for identity verification)
• Password (managed securely via Firebase Authentication)

B. Payment Information

Membership payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing address on our servers. We retain records of payment amount, date, membership plan type, and transaction status.

C. Location Information

We request access to your device’s precise location (foreground only) to identify the nearest Fun Pizza Kitchen location. Your GPS coordinates are used in real time and are not stored on our servers after your location is determined.

D. Camera and Photos

We request camera access to:

• Capture your profile selfie during registration
• Capture your government-issued ID for identity verification
• Scan QR codes at check-in points

Photos are stored securely using Google Firebase Storage and are accessible only to authorized Fun Pizza Kitchen staff.

E. Push Notification Token

We collect a device push notification token to deliver real-time alerts about drink orders, membership status, and account activity. This token is stored on our servers and linked to your account.

F. Usage and Activity Data

We collect records of:

• Drink requests submitted and their status
• Drink order history and logs
• Membership status, start date, and expiration date
• Check-in and QR scan activity
• App session activity associated with your account

G. Device Information

We may collect device type and operating system version for app compatibility and support purposes.

We use collected information to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your FPK Pass account
• Verify your identity and age (21+) for membership approval
• Process and manage your membership payments through Stripe
• Display your digital membership pass and QR code
• Enable staff to verify your membership at Fun Pizza Kitchen locations
• Process and fulfill your in-app drink orders
• Send push notifications about drink orders, membership renewals, and account activity
• Respond to customer support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as follows:

• Fun Pizza Kitchen staff and management — your name, profile photo, membership status, and QR code are shared with authorized staff to verify your membership and fulfill drink orders.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion:

• Profile data is deleted within 30 days
• Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal, tax, and accounting compliance
• ID verification photos are deleted within 90 days of account closure

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Firebase Authentication for secure account access
• JWT token-based session management with token versioning
• Role-based access controls for staff and admin functions
• Secure cloud database hosting

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

FPK Pass is strictly intended for individuals 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that a person under 21 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us at privacy@funkitchenllc.com.

As a U.S. user, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of push notifications via iOS Settings → FPK Pass → Notifications
• Request a copy of your personal data by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
